2. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Our Service offers optional subscriptions and consumable in-app purchases ("Coins"). Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., weekly, yearly) and will automatically renew unless canceled. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions through your App Store account settings. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law.

3. User Accounts

When you first use our app, an anonymous account is created to track your progress, membership status, and coin balance. It is your responsibility to safeguard your device.

4. Content

All content provided on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, and series, is the property of Storyvert, Inc or its content licensors and is protected by copyright laws. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, download, repost, copy, or use said Content, whether in whole or in part, for commercial purposes or for personal gain, without express advance written permission from us.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• To attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the Service.
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Storyvert, Inc, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
