Storyvert is available on the App Store for iPhone and iPad and on Google Play for Android devices. Search for "Storyvert" in your device's store to install it. We recommend keeping the app updated to the latest version, since updates include new features, performance improvements, and bug fixes.
If videos buffer, stutter, or fail to load, first check that your device has a stable internet connection, then fully close and reopen the app. If the problem continues, make sure you are on the latest version of Storyvert from the App Store or Google Play. Still stuck? Email us at support@storyvert.com with your device model and iOS or Android version so we can investigate.
Coin packs and memberships are billed through your Apple or Google account, not directly by Storyvert. To manage or cancel a subscription, use the subscription settings of your App Store account (Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions on iOS) or the Google Play Store (Menu > Payments & subscriptions on Android). Cancelling stops future renewals; your membership stays active until the end of the current billing period.
If a membership or purchase is not showing up, make sure you are signed in to the same Apple or Google account you originally purchased with. Purchases are tied to that store account and are restored through it when you reinstall or switch devices. If something is still missing after restoring, email support with your purchase receipt from Apple or Google and we will help sort it out.
Live events run at scheduled times, which you can see in the app before each broadcast. After a broadcast ends, its replay appears in the Previous Lives section, so you can watch it even if you missed the live showing. Some events are free to claim; claiming a free event in the app gives you access to the broadcast and its replay.
You can delete your account directly in the app under Settings. Deletion removes your account data, including your watch progress, membership status, and coin balance, and cannot be undone. For details on what information we collect and how we handle it, see our Privacy Policy.
